let us go then, you and i
where the evening is spread out against the sky.
let us go through
certain half-deserted streets,
the muttering retreats of restless nights.
I shall wear white, and walk along the beach
I have heard the mermaids singing...
each to each. t.s. elliot

  1. Lovely. Thanks for the honor of first blog response. It has begun.

  2. i awoke this morning with the sleep still hanging from my eyes. i woke to a dream where my love was a velvet curtain that opened to the world. i stepped into the garden, (she is always awake before me) never asking anything from me, but always there with her priceless jewels. she reminds me the show must go on, the dream must rise to face the waking life.
